We stand behind the quality of our Bungalow Style Cat Tree. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all components and packaging intact.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the cat tree must be:
- Unused and unassembled (or minimally assembled for inspection)
- Free from damage, stains, or odors
- Complete with all parts, hardware, and original packaging
- Not showing signs of pet use or wear
Special Considerations for Furniture Items
As a premium furniture piece, this cat tree requires careful handling. Returns are subject to inspection for structural integrity and cleanliness. Minor cosmetic imperfections from shipping are covered under our Quality Guarantee, but items showing assembly or use cannot be accepted for return.
